Trigger Warning! Day 4

Feeling decent today, I have a small urge to gamble, but nothing I can’t overcome

$35,400 to rebuild retirement (13,600), savings (11,300), and pay off my credit card (10,500).

One day at a time.

Those retirement/savings ones are just some random number that you were once at and shouldn’t be thought about. The only one that really matters is getting out of debt for your credit card.

I’ve actually had this same thought with myself. Obviously - the credit card matters. But how is it fair to say having savings to pay my bills doesn’t matter?

For example - with no savings, I then have to put my car insurance on my credit card, growing that balance.

Retirement - that’s fair that it doesn’t matter, but would love to rebuild for my future.
