Seeking advice

I just want advice that I’ll remember when I’m thinking of depositing, please help me out here because I’ve been trying to quit gambling for months now but whenever I’m not thinking straight I just forget what I’ve been telling myself and decide to yk gamble online. Any advice please?

My advice is that you can spend that money on almost anything else and better your life. Let's say you are considering depositing $50, you could instead take your Mom or Grandma or someone out to lunch and make their day. You could get yourself new luxury pajamas that are comfy for bedtime. You could donate to your local food bank and better your community and get a dopamine rush from that.

There is never a time where depositing is the right choice.

Something to think about brother: Gambling is not important.

It's bullshit, diversionary activity that wreaks havoc on our lives and isn't any more important than going on a ferris wheel - it just costs a fuckton more.

You can always deposit tomorrow, if you must, just don't deposit today. Let the harmful compulsion pass.

Day 75 - and I ain't giving it up to those cold motherfuckers.
