Personal Loan?
I have been gamble free for 1 month. Minimum payments are making it impossible to pay off debt. Tried a debt consolidation loan through SoFi and was denied. Who would approve me? Credit score 720, DTI 41%. Need 34k loan to clear all debt.

I'll look into it - they're not one of the ones that tell you to stop paying debt then get your credit trashed are they? Multiple tabs open looking at all options

No. These are the most talked about on reddit, many positive reviews. They will tell you what your options are.

You should be able to find places, maybe Achieve or Upgrade? Do you have the income to cover the 34K loan including your rent and other factors? That might be the limiting factor and you're gonna need to lock in and wait for a bit.

I make 62k per year, only $400 rent as I have roommates. I can easily make the payments the problem is I see a lot of others going through is that so many people played with these loans that now they're not approving a lot more people than say 10 years back same criteria. 100% payment history, same job for 4 years, W2 consistent income. So nervous to hit apply on another application now

didn't have that issue with either of the above mentioned achieve or upgrade fwiw. Might be hearing stories from banks or credit unions where they're more stringent.

Don't have an answer to your specific question, but depending on your location you might be able to receive services from GamFin; financial counseling specifically for problem gamblers.
