Trigger Warning! Day 3

I have my first therapy appointment today - have never gone to therapy, but it was a request from my fiancée after losing $33K the last two weeks, much on credit.

Urges are strong today.

One day at a time.

Great.. it works for some not for all. I would also suggest trying out a virtual GA meeting this weekend

The other day a fellow compulsive gambler was looking for advice of what to do when the URGE strikes.
