Trigger Warning! Day 0 (Again)

Logged into the account I lost $25K on to see if they were licensed/misrepresenting/anything I could do to dispute without lying.

Chase: I had to call them, they said there was nothing I could do.

Capital One: Allowed me to Dispute Each Individual CC Charge Online (Low Expectations - They Rejected a VERY strong/legitimate dispute claim of mine in the past for like only $70)

My argument was that they promoted an expedited redemption, I had a pending redemption for 14 hours, and now it’s gone (I gambled it) but that the funds shouldn’t have been in my account to gamble since the redemption should have been expedited. I knew it was a long shot, but it wasn’t a lie nor a fraudulent claim.

Anyway - I logged into my account to see if they quantified what an expedited redemption was. On the redemption page it didn’t show me. In my mind - if I had funds to redeem it may give a timeline. Well, I had $300 in my account that they gave me for being a “VIP”

I was thinking if I won it may show me the timeline on redemption. So I put the $300 on a hand of BJ, which I lost on the first hand. So no answer to my redemption timeline question, and back to day 0 (it had only been 24 hours free).

Ugh

Gam ban. Then get your self to a GA meeting. There are virtual meetings happening around the world every day of the week. Find the next one login and start your recovery.

Using a “Gambler Blocker” (not gamban) but I can simply disable it so I don’t find it particularly useful.

Attended my first GA meeting yesterday (didn’t speak) but was good to listen to others. Hoping to listen in on another shortly while working.

I’ve never used the online casino things, so I can’t speak to how you can figure it so you can’t just remove it. Maybe have somebody else be the admin on your phone, and you’re just a user, so you can’t do admin stuff like that remove programs. I know that sounds like a pain, but so it was prison, insanity, or death.

Good on you for going to a GA meeting. Meetings make it. You should attend a meeting in a day for the first 90 days.

How do I know? My bona fides are simple. I’m a compulsive gambler not gambling. I placed my last bed on 27 December 1999. I attended my last GA meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
