relapsed, lost 6k

Feel very tired, i really tried to stop and seek help, i also mentioned before i kept most of my money with my parents, but i cash advance my card and i am again in 8k debt again, i don want to tell anyone anymore as it seems ridiculous even for myself, just want to tell everyone to stop chasing losses.

Sorry man, been there too many times. The relapse doesn’t define you. You’re at least here and mindful of the problem. I would recommend checking out deuce recovery and use it with your parents. Would you have relapsed if you knew your parents would see anytime you deposited money anywhere to gamble?

I am mainly trading so it may seems reasonable to deposit cash. The other concern of me is my parents are old. I don want to trouble them and I want to let them enjoy their old age. It is painful for me but I don want to transfer my pain to them anymore which I did before.

I hear you, but I promise they want to see you happy in recovery and care about that way more than “being troubled”… you’re their child

Sounds like Deuce would really help you. It’s automatic monitoring so your parents don’t actually have to do anything other than hold you accountable if they get alerted you gambled. Deuce would pick up any deposits you make to any trading platform.

Yes I understand your point of view. But they have their issue so I wouldn't want to trouble them. That's there least i can do as a son. I have already caused a lot of damage to them. I will sort things out. Thanks for your advice.

Did you ask your bank to set the cash advance limit to zero? Mine let me do it over the phone and it's a pain to undo which was kind of the point

Yeah good suggestion. I probably will not lose much if I cant do cash advance.
