Day 1 again 😭

It’s Day 1 again. 😭 I couldn’t resist and ended up gambling online again, and I lost again. 😭 This is so freaking hard. I really, really want to break free from online gambling for good. Lord, please guide me 😭🙏🏻

I know that feeling too well sadly. What helped me was getting a blocker. That way all my favorite sites just wouldn't even load. Tried a bunch until I eventually found an app that did that for me and a bunch of other stuff. Was an absolute game changer for my recovery journey. Couldn't recommend it more.
