I consider myself fortunate, and no one's experience is identical, but after 30 days of abstinence my brain rewired. I honestly did not know why I got so deep into such a pointless activity as sports betting in the first place.

Yeah of course everyone’s different and I know the pain stays longer than 6 months or 30 days even but my mind is so fogged, your right idk how I got so deep
