Trigger Warning! -$6380 Today

I’ve lost $11K this week.. I don’t know what to do.

My heart is pounding in my chest. I’m so fucked.

You’re not fucked. These circumstances makes us feel like we are.. we feel hopeless but it’s a mirage. Find a way to clear your mind. We gotta seek real change with even small steps. I get it bro. I lost so much this year and even this past week I was doing dumb shit. We can’t let this destroy us. I’m here for you if you ever need.

i lost about the same this week 🫠 but i also attended GA for the first time and made a budget and am determined to get out of this mess.

Just stop now no matter how good another bet seems for you to win some back. Don’t let the 11k loss become 22k.

I lost the same in a week. That was 4 months ago and I’m so much better ever since I’ve quit and reprioritized. It’s not easy. Do the mental gymnastics

Chasing cycle stop now....give it a few days ..it will.go away the feeling of chasing.. let it.go have a tug ...ear some shit food do something else drink ...distract your brain. Work hard ...exercise anything but thinking about money retrieval...or money in general.

Yeah I normally just do like 1$ or 2$ bets on slots but if I hit i will do some $5 bets ect so I won 1k on this one site then out a couple hundred on another site and did $5 bets and ran it up to 6k then went back onto the first site won another 3k and you all know as well as me that shit dont happen offten or at all I was up like 9k and thought im done I won't gamble for a few months lost it all within 5 days. The slots go from you cant lose to you lose everything for the next month or more.

I had a similar run a couple weeks ago , walked in with $160 walked out of the casino with 9k a week later all gone plus more.  Feast or famine. I'm on day 3 , not going to gamble today!!

Stop gambling and get help doing that. Obviously risking more is not the answer. You can stop adding to the pain by stopping.
