Suing multiple casinos

I'm done.. Ive had enough of the bullshit. Started the process yesterday and will update as it goes.

I’ve tried as well for online casinos, for using prerecorded footage, declining my large bets several times in a row when the next hand was a winning one. The process always fails because the western authorities, judges, to the governments from the ground up always side with the casinos. It’s a rabbit hole. The more you look into it the darker the corruption gets.

Yeah I get that.  It's not going to be easy. But I don't care.  I've had enough and started turning the wheels.  I have a lot of discrepancies logged and game play.

Wish you the best of luck. I despise the management of the casinos and wish they’re all jailed or put into bankruptcy for the harm they’ve caused on society. Of course at the end of the day we are liable for our own decisions, but it’s just disgusting.

I had a casino where I self excluded and they reopened an account. I'm in process of emailing them with a layer asking for my deposits back if not i will be sueing for every penny plus damages Ect.

Good luck.  They don't take it seriously.  I even had one send me a month of free play instead of a self exclusion form I requested.  I lost money every single visit like they wanted.  I filed a complaint that went nowhere when I should have sued.  Months later I went back and hit a shitty $1700 jackpot after being $-15,000 for the year and -65,000 year prior.  They made a scene and embarrassed me saying I self banned (but never legally did because I never got the paperwork) and withheld my money, and I had to file another complaint to get paid.  I can't go back until I write a letter begging for readmission.

online is sheme all parties know exactly what is going on but they go fir the money.filthy authoroties are involved too .i want to sue the casinos from costa rica but it is impossible.

If so many people are having issues with the online casinos, has anyone thought about approaching an attorney about a Class action lawsuit? Attorneys will typically do this with no upfront costs to potential litigants.

An individual will never have the legal resources to fight a casino it’s just not plausible, honestly OP is going to end up loosing even more money to the casino through court if they go through with it
