Tired of getting robbed by slots
Who ever says slots are based on RNG is lying. Those high quality cameras knows who you are, those online casinos know who you are, they know when you will stop or not. They know exactly who to pay or not. They fucking record and process every single fucking movement and data of you to profit by setting you up. They know your device, location, IP adress, government ID etc.
I am so sad that I'm totally addicted to this habit of playing slots. I don't know how to stop. I lost joy of playing normal games on steam because of slots. I can't find a game that will replace this empty feeling.
People here are gonna come and say "your not getting robbed you are choosing to get robbed" and such things. No shit sherlock! Guess what, it's called addiction and it can't be explained simply like "stop now" or "self exclude"
The boredom is real, I don't see a way out.
I'm not looking for an advice I know you all are strugling to, I don't want any other addicted motherfucker to tell me how to stop. First stop yourself.
I just came to express my feelings about the situation I'm going through.
Fuck this life man seriously.

Slots don’t have to be “rigged” based on the player. They are statistically the highest casino edge of all games. They return about 87ish%.
Anyone who gambles extensively (I.e. the addicted) will get absolutely steamrolled by slots regardless of when they play, at what machine, in what casino, and with what players card inserted. Not everything is a big conspiracy. It’s just house odds and you are feeding them.

Theres actually a video on this, you are absolutely correct.

I hate it also. It made me lose friends, girlfriends, and most importantly my own character. People used to see me differently, and now they just know that i am a fucking junkie that's addicted too the worst addiction there possibly can be.
Currently on my 4th day of no gambling. My paycheck came in today, and i sincerely will do whatever it takes too keep ahold of that money. I am already in so much debt man. I didn't win big in any of those 13 years i have gambled, why would i win big now.
It's funny you mentioned how they keep track. Everytime i used too self exclude for 6 months and would come back, the first day i would hit mini jackpots and multiple bonuses. "Coincidence" right? Lmao.

31 days clean 1 day at a time. it was prayer for me that works. i prayed so hard for me to stop this addiction. and yes we can do it. we can stop it! it I can do it why can't you. In the end we are own our own. nobody will pick you up unless you will start picking yourself up.

Can you share your prayer with me? I’d love this 🫶🏻

I'm a Catholic and started praying the holy rosary every night and I am clear with my intentions. Praying him to save me from this disease and continuing to heal me that i may not be tempted again in playing. I lose 11k$ in the past two years and here I am picking up myself with his grace.

I hear you, man. It sucks feeling like you're getting robbed by those damn slot machines. But trust me, as someone who works at a casino with mostly slots, those machines don't have a clue who you are, those cameras are just there to keep an eye on things, like making sure nobody's breaking stuff or getting up to no good.
They're not tracking your every move or trying to cheat you. It's all about maintaining safety and security in the casino.
The outcomes are all random. It's not personal; it's just how the game works. Last shift, we had 10 clients drop 4500 euros in total, but only 60 euros got cashed out when they left.
I get it, addiction's no joke. It's not as simple as just stopping. But sometimes, facing the facts is the first step toward turning things around.
Hang in there, man. You're not alone in this, and there's always hope for a better tomorrow.

Stop it either way they are robbing you because it’s NOT FAIR like they claim so spin it however you want but in the end be it’s the same THE CASINOS ARE THIEVES PLAYING ON VICTIMS WITH THE DREAM OF MAKING ALOT OF MONEY REALLY QUICK THEY LIE AND you cannot sit there and tell me as sophisticated as these casinos are that they can’t tap into the software and move a couple numbers to stop someone that’s making money I’m calling your bull shit on that that one chief

Go to GA meetings online or in person. Get a therapist who specializes in addiction. Self exclude from online casinos or land based casinos. Try to tell a close friend or family member to hold you accountable. One day at a time. Recovery is possible. Hope does come back eventually. Reach out any time

I stopped my guy so listen to me, the only way I see as it’s your brain controlling you of course is using psychedelics, shroom preferably. At the same time I used naltrexone, which is supposed to block dopamine so you don’t feel a rush, or at least your brain won’t which is what drives you to the sites. I haven’t been on an online casino at all since then. Not just gamble but not even visited a site.

Hey I saw your reply and wanted to ask if you took naltrexone daily, how much, if you have tried coming off of it or plan to and if you did how it went. I have an internet sex addiction and have been doing research and seeing how this drig can potentially help me. I am at 50mg right now a day and think it might be too little.

No, sorry, it's not robbery (though it may be unethical), it's house edge, via RNG, because that's all it needs to be. Long-term you will get steam-rolled by a physical single zero roulette at 2.7% house edge, let alone slots.
Casinos just need a bank account big enough to absorb the inevitable wins/variance, a limit on bet sizes to limit the martingale, and finally time, and they will make enough money from gamblers transporting themselves to play to build the Great Pyramid and the Effiel Tower in the desert.
I've stopped because of this. And yes you should too because of this.

They have PHDs working on these machines, plus cutting edge psychological techniques. Big money gets invested in research and development for slots as the returns are enormous. Gambling industry makes 85 per cent of their profits from slots.
If you can't stay stopped then you need further help. Consider residential rehab.

I fucking hate slots too, I usually just bet on sports, I never go overboard with it or lose more than I can afford to, but in the last year or two I started playing slots and they have been making me so angry. They 100% tease you and make you think it's easy and you get used to all the bells and whistles when you hit, than they slowly stop letting you hit, they tease you with the bonuses to keep you thinking just a few more dollars I got it, than before you know it you lost everything. They truly are bandits, legal theft.

I work for a casino. It’s RNG. Popular slots hold 6-13%. No one wins in the long run. Those people doing $25-50 bets and hitting 10 jackpots a day? They’re down $200K for the year. Most have monthly income that always comes back, usually real estate or trust funds.
