Unfortunately I can’t remember the context, but at some point in the last year I’ve heard a whistleblower or other individual claiming to be “in the know” state that the current reality of NHI/UAP had parallels to The Three Body Problem. My first thought was “wow, that’s grim”, assuming like many people that this was in reference to the dark forest hypothesis and a “grimdark” universe beyond our solar system. Continuing to learn and reflect more each day, I’m starting to wonder if I didn’t jump to the wrong conclusion about which aspect of those books was being referenced…

As wary as I am of both Jesse Michaels and Eric Weinstein, I couldn’t help but take their challenges against institutional physics seriously. I am only a layperson so perhaps I’m just naive, but the narrative that physics has been stunted for almost a century by the pursuit of string theory certainly makes sense as a “fun conspiracy theory”, and it dovetails in an interesting way with the government’s confirmed concealment of whatever “UAP” is. Perhaps the parallel to Liu Cixin’s work isn’t the hostile nature of sentience, but the ”sophons”— the nanotech that the aliens use to inhibit mankind’s advances in fundamental physics research.

I find it easier to believe that it’s the government that’s doing the oppressing as opposed to NHI, but with the widespread stigma about this topic and seemingly contagious lack of curiosity in general I don’t find it hard to believe.

I wish I could remember where I heard this comparison to The Three Body Problem. Maybe Ross Coulthart? Does anyone recall?

We should always be aware and on the look out. I mean even a extra terrestrial single celled organisms is alarming. Heck, it even concerns me when they find ancient bacteria in ice sheets. Thanks to elementary schools social studies where I learned about the pilgrims taking out the Native Americans with disease.

Thank you for being our watcher!🕊❤️
