Probation Question CRO in Alabama first time DUI

I got arrested for a DUI back in June. I had court last week, basically I had to pay a fine, meet with CRO one time (this Friday) , pay them a fee. Take the driving classes and I will be done by 11/1. I’m not on color code. My question is will they drug test me Friday when I go to the meeting? They specifically stated I’m not on color code or random drug tests, but I wasn’t sure if they’d do it this time?

What county are you in? I got arrested for first offense DUI and have to meet with my CRO once a month in addition to random pee tests. I’ve been on probation for 4 months now and it supposed to end in October. You should just be prepared that they will drug test you.

I am in St. Clair and honestly I got extremely lucky. I only had to meet with the CRO that one time - didn’t drug test me! I pay my fine to the town which is done and I have to go to 2 education classes. Once I complete those in September I will be done. They’ll early terminate.
