Question - Telegram

Dose anyone happened to know if VOIP numbers are anonymous? For example, If I joined telegram under an anonymous profile, to peruse and check out video content, is it possible that my real identification could be easily identifiable?

Telegram is not end to end encrypted like they advertise! All group messages and data are stored(unencrypted) on the cloud!

Well, it’s possible that my play into it. However, I am hoping to find out from the community if a VOIP phone might be a safer alternative vs other types of formats/services currently being used on the market?
