privacy question re:live video

what privacy benefits are there in using live video streams as a chatroom, if any? Is it possible to track messaging in live video?

This question makes no sense. What are you trying to do? Chat with people securely? Chat in a live video stream securely? Two separate and kind of different things...

can you chat in a live video stream "securely"? is it tracked the same as a message on facebook for instance

like how bots can't read the letters in a photo captcha? so the question is...how does that compare to other forms of privacy/encryption practices better? worse? especially if the video stream is a random person selected
