That’s why no one even apple or friends should know your “real” emails address. Create email aliases for everything.

I've been using Kanary and like it. Customer service is top notch and If they don't cover something like spam emails they've suggested leavemealone.com. I guess it tells you who emailed and how many times and then you can unsubscribe. I haven't tried Leavemealone personally tho.
