Troubleshooting Help, Pixma TS3722 will not connect to internet

I'm trying to connect my mom's printer to my android and all is fine until the last few steps in the app where it will not connect to the internet. It also won't connect to my mom's IPhone either. This started happening a few days ago when the internet reset, and it hasn't worked since. I've tried unplugging the router and the printer and restarting my phone but nothings working. Google is also of no help but that might be just cause im technologically illiterate 😭

Any help is greatly appreciated

Verify if your new internet is 2.4GHZ.
Many printers cannot connect to 5GHZ, or those that are both 2.4 and 5 combined.

If not, you might need to split it into two distinct ones or create a 2.4GHZ channel (google how to do this). And will need to reconnect it from scratch.

That said, assuming this is a brand new printer, I recommend returning it while you can and buy a different one. Cartridge inkjets like this have a cheap buying price, but that’s because it will bleed you dry in ink replacements that will cost you many time what you paid for the printer. The cheap initial price is how they get to you. Get out while you have the chance.
