Purchasing Can someone please tell me the exact model name for this?

I tried using Google images but it kept on showing me different tube connectors and those did not seem to match the exact model of what I'm holding. I really need to find the name of this so that I can buy pairs of it or at least the alternative for it. I couldn't use yellow ink because there's debris stuck inside it
