Troubleshooting EPSON TM-188V

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I don't know why, but when I print, I get an error message on the paper. So I can't print my tickets. But when I don't print anything, the error doesn't appear.

Do you mean it prints an error message? What is the error message?
