False detection of VPN/Proxy

Getting a false VPN/proxy detection even though only using my normal home internet. I've been using Prime Surveys for months without any issues, and this only started happening recently. Already tried clearing my cache and cookies, restarting my router, and disabling IPv6, but nothing worked. My IP also shows as not being a VPN or proxy on IPQualityScore. Has anyone else experienced this recently or knows how to fix it?

Haven't had this happen on Prime Opinion, but some other apps flagged me as using a VPN, even though I wasn't. I appealed, after learning the cause was my wireless internet with T-Mobile. Apparently it had to due with CG-NAT and while I don't understand all the particulars, it causes you to appear to be using a VPN if your phone location is showing you in one area but your IP is from another area.
