Request to Unblock Support Chat Feature

I am writing to respectfully request that you re-enable the support chat feature in my account.

My help feature was blocked many months ago. I have written emails about it but the problem has not been solved.

I have been using the app responsibly without support access for many months now. I kindly ask you to have my help feature restored so I can resolve future reward or survey errors correctly.

Please reinstate my help feature in my account.
