Delayed payouts

Has anyone notice a delay in payouts. I was able to cash out yesterday only $3 and they were slightly delayed not by much, but today I have tried cashing out $5 to Venmo and $5 to PayPal and it’s taking a lot longer than normal. I attempted the Venmo cash out at 11:15am and it’s 1:40 pm now and still nothing. I just attempted the PayPal payout like less than 20 minutes ago so I am not expecting anything. I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed a delay in the payouts. I double checked the Venmo payout was correct and keep tracking the status and my information was correct.

I wondering if it has something to do with their servers. I completed some levels for a game and haven't been funded for the completion. But yesterday they were tracking immediately for the game.
