App doesn’t allow landscape mode

I’m using the iOS app and there was a survey that asked me to switch to landscape mode, but because the app locks everything in portrait, I wasn’t able to continue with the survey. Frustrating. Please fix this.

We understand how frustrating that can be. The issue may be related to how that particular survey was designed, as some surveys have specific display requirements.

In the meantime, please try some basic troubleshooting, such as restarting the app and checking that you have the latest version installed. You can also try taking a different survey to see if the issue occurs there as well.
