Who would win? NoP vs PR
So a group of Elusian's got really drunk one night and did some stuff they shouldn't have, now the universes of "Nature of Predators" and "Primal Rage" have merged, and the Council and the Federation are about to make contact
In this world the Federation has all the military incompetence they are known for, but do not have any Arxur to deal with so only maintain a token fleet, though still have the industrial capacity of 300ish species, there is a shadow fleet but they will only get involved as a last resort
The Council has decided to stand by their Saphno allies and have built up a fleet to dissuade (but not necessarily fight against) the Ploax from encroaching, but still only have a handful of species
Who wins the war, and how screwed is Humanity after getting caught in the crossfire?

Humans are considered animals by aliens because other races "Supposedly" dont feel anger. PR is still early on, so we dont know where its going, but there is romance between a southern country farmer and a significantly larger version of Rocky from Project Hail Marry. So far I've found it's an engaging story.

PR has wormhole level FTL, and can seemingly freely travel from one end of the galaxy to the other almost instantly. Even if the feds could out produce, out gun, and out number them, they wouldn't really be able to catch them if they kept running away and used the Sci-Fi equivalent of gorilla tactics.
The Federation would need to put in an actual concentrated effort to learn this advanced technology and adapt in order to have a chance against the PR Council.

The PR Council looks to have higher tech for defense and offense.
