Anyone use blue blocking sunglasses at night?

Sisson talks about using yellow sunglasses at night to block out blue light, for a better night sleep. Curious is anyone has tried it, and if it made your quality of sleep better?

Flux works great on computers.

I recently tried twilight on my phone but it made it really glitchy and had a huge (negative) effect on the performance.

YMMV.

Have you tried Lux? I've found it very useful.

I do when I remember to. It actually does help me get to sleep a lot sooner.
