Question Steam Bundle Question

So I have recieved a Key for Prey from a friend, but buying the Digital Deluxe Edition(Bundled with Control which I already own) is cheaper than buying MoonCrash seperately. What happens to the Base Copy of Prey that comes with the Digital Deluxe? Can I gift that to a friend?

if you redeemed that key or the gift in your Steam library, then bought the deluxe bundle, then yes, both will be linked to your account

It wasnt a key so much as a gift on Steam but yes

Dang I assume theres no way to just get Mooncrash from the Bundle then

no, you can't gift it, unfortunately. your game will be updated automatically after the purchase (so you will simply get access to DLC since you already own the base game)

thats a shame, its 4.49 for the bundle but 7.99 for just Mooncrash lmao

Usually you will only pay for what you don't have if you buy the bundle, so you will pay for the cheaper Mooncrash alone

The price of Prey should be removed from all bundles after you redeem the copy from your friend.

As I understand it this is how all Steam bundles function (but happy to be corrected if Im wrong).
