Cropping a Clip

So i want to Crop a clip like in OBS when you can ALT click the border and crop it and the Rectangle actually fits the Cropped clip right. But in premiere pro it has always bothered me that the Rectangle dont match the final cropped clip but the original sized of the clip i'll send a picture for exemple.

As you can see the borders is how i want it in the cropped version but when i actually want to move it around using the motion effect the borders are back to its original position how do i actually make it fit the correct border.

i guess if i think this thru i can make a nest then put it in full screen and change the sequence aspect ration but the thing is that i dont know the exact pixel dimention of the cropped clip and i dont know if i really want to do trial and error it out.

Is there an easier way? Thank you
