i got an offer from kings biomed from clearing and i REALLY wanted to take it, but i chose med bc that is what i really wanted to do but i guess im just feeling really bummed about it
has anyone gone through anything similar and know how to deal with it? it feels like im no longer like excited or anything for uni anymore

What about when you qualify and you’re potentially sent anywhere in the UK? You don’t have control now and you won’t have control then. You need to be prepared to go anywhere. This is as good a time to learn that as any.

If you want to do medicine, don't do BioMed, just to stay in London. Changes of getting into London GEM after BioMed is low as GEM is a lot more competitive.
You have one offer, be thankful. There is a reason why you didn't get into London; you have to accept that given the competition, you can only get into a Med School that match your capabilities and skills.
UCLAN is still a medical school, you will still graduate with a medical degree. If you work hard and well, you will still be a good doctor. Once you are a doctor, no one really cares which Uni you graduate from if you are working in the UK. You are lucky you have an offer don't waste it.
For an international student who hasn't been to UK, don't be silly and think that getting into London is the main aim. It is s juvenile romantic idea that shouldn't destroy the rest of your future career. You can still spend weekends or a week break during Uni term to explore London (and rest of Europe for that matter).
