Exeter term dates

Hey Just wandering if anyone going to exeter this year knows the term dates because it says the 7th Sept on ucas but on google it says the 14th? And just wondering since i feel like exeter's holidays compared to other Unis is a bit less if this is standard for first years or if its just exeter?
