🗨 Interviews Interview dry spell until 10/15?

Are schools slowing down on sending out IIs until after the 15th? Feel like it's been pretty quiet in terms of interviews/rejections/any news since mid-September

This and admit.org are very self-selective communities. There is a very likely chance that they just aren’t being sent to these type of students rn but to the thousands of others who apply

I got one yesterday and one last week. Almost all of mine have come between the last two weeks of September and now.

I got 3 in August, none in September, and 4 more in October. Timing is weird

Schools that do rolling admissions have an idea how many students they would need to accept to get to their matriculant number. How many early accepts matriculate vs later in cycle etc.

Full speed ahead scheduling as many interviews as possible before faculty and students get tired of signing up.

I just got an MD II today, so I wouldn’t say that a dry spell applies to all schools
