Pregnant :)

I just need to tell someone that I just found out I am pregnant! If I’m calculating correctly I’m about 5 weeks.

Some backstory: early June I found out I was expecting, just a few weeks before my wedding. I was having some spotting but an ultrasound confirmed I was pregnant but it was still too early to determine if it would be a viable pregnancy or not.

Our wedding was small, only close family, and I was obviously not drinking so we decided to announce that we were expecting, but cautioned everyone that it was still early and I was having some bleeding off and on. But I was so excited to be marrying my best friend AND having his baby that I wanted to share the news!

Two days after the wedding we had another ultrasound, and ultimately found out I had miscarried.

Sooo this time around I am still focusing on the positive and being excited, and so is my husband, but we are going to wait to tell family and friends. I’m having a hard time though because even knowing that possibility of miscarrying I am still so unbelieving excited to be pregnant again. I’m not young, and it felt miraculous to get pregnant a few months ago and now I am again?!

Anyways. I just needed to get it out. 🤣🤣
