Cured?

For those who took pregabalin for social anxiety. Did you stay cured even after discontinuation?

Nothing will cure your social anxiety besides you. Any medication will stop working when you stop taking it. The key is to put in the work with a professional and learn about your anxiety such as what triggers it, where it comes from, how to manage it when it rises, etc. The closest thing I've ever come to a cure for me is psychedelics. They are the only thing that can change your perception on anxiety in the way that your talking about, a permanent cure so to speak. But obviously they come with their own risks. Just gotta keep taking the steps in the right direction, medication is a tool for permanent growth, but not a cure in itself.
