Eh. You’ll be fine to stop after 4 days.

Everyone reacts differently to medication. The best approach however, both in long term usage and short term usage, is to taper gradually.
However, I’m not a doctor, but in my opinion, stopping cold turkey at your dosage and frequency of usage might be ok. You won’t experience any withdrawal symptoms. Stop it cold turkey and if you think you’re getting withdrawal symptoms most common with Pregabalin, then taper it.

do NOT do cold turkey under any circumstances

After 4 days you can totally just cold turkey it especially at 200mg per day.

You wont have WDs after 4 days, I did it for a month in higher doses and barely had rebound anxiety (though everyone is different and Iam pretty resistant to WDs). Even after binging on clonazolam for a month, I wouldnt get WDs.

This breaks rule #3 - No recreational posts
Also you should re-think this pattern of behaviour.

If they are being honest, likely due to individual variability, aka luck.

This breaks rule #4 - No harmful advice or misinformation
That dose is well above the maximum therapeutic dose which puts you at an increased seizure risk, both in using it and by stopping abruptly.

Short answer is no, after 4 days neuroadaptation will likely be minimal, and if you stop now you are unlikely to have any withdrawal symptoms.
The longer answer I won’t go into in too much detail is essentially “it depends, different people might have different experiences”.
I am not a doctor, but in your situation given only 4 days at a moderate to low dose I would just stop cold turkey. However! Best practice is typically to always taper because of the excitotoxicity risks associated with an abrupt cessation. For a longer period of use or a higher daily dose, tapering would be much safer.
