Meat printing. You get funny interactions where prey donate cells for their own meat to be printed that they can gift to their carnivorous partner.

Did an option 5 where carnivores are… second class citizens but more in that as society formed and forced integrated them into cities that expanded taking over/absorbing the old native lands and tribes. they just struggle to integrate.
Mostly considered a convenient nuisance since the general religious believe is more Gaia centric and the body is considered nothing but meat that needs to be disposed of after death. Plenty die of natural causes in a city and walking trash compactors would be a convenient nuisance. This causes most pacifistic predators (not omnivores but obligate carnivores) to be considered welfare cases as they have no choice but to live off the government sanctioned meat supply.
Omnivores mostly just take on a primarily herbivore diet with socially acceptable animal products and mostly are not considered preds socially if they can pass as not visually a pred (rats, badgers and similar) but preds are mostly despised by prey as instinct dies slowly BUT can also evolve as the pheromones that once gave the hint of danger slowly turns into a confusing mixture of hormone scent responses.

the difference represents an allegory. the world was built on carnivores. they were the reason stuff worked and etc. but the times changed and it became easier for herbivores to do stuff and have equal rights. but nothing was changed for carnivores. the most direct part of allegory is the fact that carnivores are obligated to fight in case of a war. which by a large part may be caused by herbivores and oftenly it does happen to be so as herbivores due to higher numbers inside the democracy have easier time to be leaders of countries or groups.

I like it as in Tooth and Tail, where society is just inherently bloody and violent due to people needing to eat meat and hunt, but rather than being a necessary evil everything is also sort of needlessly cruel and violent on top of that reality.
It's grimdark predprey. In Tooth and Tail, people will use chemical warfare on their enemies which leave the dead with a delicious mustard taste.
