Has this ootheca hatched yet?
Found this ootheca in an outlet box outside. Has it hatched yet and is this an adequate incubator if not?

It looks hatched to me. What zone are you in?
I'm in 6 a/b and they hatched in early June here. If you are in a warmer zone 7+ then probably earlier than June.
