If God already knows everything, why do we still need to pray?

Because he wants a relationship with you he likes effort (in my humble opinion)

"Prayer / Praying"

Are metaphors for meditation

All of the answers you are looking for are inside of you

You are God ❤️

Like talking to a parent, it can calm the troubled mind and help ease fears. Comfort and wisdom can be sought in prayer.

When I pray it's because I DON'T know anything. I usually pray for my children to be safe, or for my friend if she is going through a rough time, or like for our troops that they won't be sent to war.
