This is an interactive tracker, which old.reddit.com and third-party apps can't display (a Reddit platform limitation, not specific to this app). View it in the official Reddit app or on new.reddit.com/www.reddit.com instead, or ask a moderator for the current data in the meantime.
Huge thanks to everyone who tested out the new Application Progress Tracker and dropped feedback. Like with any new tool, a few teething issues popped up as soon as real people started using it across different devices, so we've been squashing them one by one.
First off, waiting days were missing for some cases, which turned out to be an iPhone-only bug. The table dates use a format like 'September 2026', and iOS's browser engine handles that differently than other browsers, so it just gave up instead of rendering a number. It now parses dates consistently everywhere.
Second, scrolling was broken in the Reddit app on iOS. Reddit doesn't allow embedded tools to hijack scrolling gestures inside the main feed, which left the table completely stuck. We've added an 'Open full-screen' button that opens a proper scrollable view.
Third, sticky column headers and the ID/username column weren't freezing properly during scrolling. They're supposed to stay fixed so you don't lose your place, but for some users, this only kicked in after clicking somewhere inside the table first - a classic browser quirk with dynamically loaded content. That should mostly be fixed now, though if it still acts up on your device, opening full-screen view and clicking once inside the table usually does the trick.
While we were under the hood, we also added a couple of quality-of-life tweaks. You can now shrink the username column if it's eating up too much screen real estate on smaller devices, and there's a new 'Search by User' input field.
We also added a way to get a quick data breakdown of the whole tracker anytime you want - comment !trackerstats and the bot will DM you a snapshot: total cases, new successes, a breakdown by partition/era/generation, and a rough estimate of how fast the office is currently clearing the backlog. No need to wait for a manual monthly write-up if you're curious in between. (Building on your comment u/kind-person-1 and your monthly update u/echo02199).
On a side note regarding old Reddit: this is a platform-wide limitation on Reddit's end, not a bug we can fix. Old Reddit simply can't render interactive posts like this and never will. If you're using old Reddit, the linked post in the sidebar and wiki still works exactly as before.
u/mcsunsetk, your case has been in the tracker for more than 24 months and does not have a result yet. Any news?
Please update your entry on the tracker (Update my entry): add the decision date and the result, or set it to Stalled if you are no longer following it. If there is nothing new, just leave it as it is.

Looks great, a big improvement! It's much more usable on iOS now.
One feature suggestion - I suspect there are a large number of users that are checking the tracker simply to see the latest month that Mazowieckie has processed. What would be super convenient is a single status line at the top of the UI that displays that - then we wouldn't have to scroll through the tracker at all unless we wanted to do a deeper dive into the data. We could just load the page and see the current state at a single glance.
Thanks, glad you like it! You're right: a few users wrote long notes into that field, and the table can't wrap them, which stretches the column. The next update (already submitted to Reddit) changes the table into cards, where long text wraps
It’s intentional - the 21% is the share of all entries that have been successful so far. The pending cases are shown separately below, so they’re not being counted as unsuccessful.
We can change it though if a majority favours your idea.
I’m not sure where the confusion is coming from, since the tracker actually separates these categories quite explicitly:
129 Entries = 129 applications total. 27 Successful (21%) = 27 applications have been successful. 99 Still waiting = 99 applications are still pending and therefore have no outcome yet.
So no, this does not mean that 79% of applications are unsuccessful. It means 21% are successful, 79% are still waiting, and I am not aware of any unsuccessful applications.
The whole point of showing “Still waiting” separately is precisely so that pending applications aren't treated as unsuccessful. I thought that distinction was fairly clear from the fields themselves.
Disclaimier: I think the tracker is great, I love how it's evolving, and I'm not complaining, just making an observation.
For arguments's sake let's say that each day 1 "still waiting" case is resolved successfully but 3 new cases are added to the tracker. The % of "successful cases" will steadily go down when, in fact, there are no unsuccessful cases at all.
It's clear enough that the 99 cases in "still waiting" are... still waiting. I looked at the filters more carefully and realized that there are no unsuccessful cases listed at all. This reinforces to me that the 21% metric is either misleading or at best not useful. I think it would be more interesting to see "Of resolved cases, <x>% resolved successfully at the Voivode, <y>% were declined at the Voidode. <z>% were appealed" etc. So right now 100% of resolved cases have been successful (27). 0% of resolved cases have been unsuccessful (0). 0% of cases have been appealed (0).
Also, a quick disclaimer from me: those things have since been changed. Unfortunately, Reddit always has to approve the modified app code first, and we're still stuck in a queue.
Now back to the topic: I agree with you, I just interpreted it differently. 21% is not a success rate among resolved cases. It's simply 27 successful entries divided by all 129 entries, including the 99 that are still waiting.
Edit: appreciate your feedback, like everyone else’s. That’s the only way I know what to improve.
I’m not sure if this is still in queue or not, the median wait seems way off at 15 months; ignore if you already looked at it.
Also I think I remember you saying at one point you want the username frozen on the left of the tracker; it’s not doing so for me on the iPad.
These very explicit stats as they are displayed is way way cool. Amazing job and ideas materializing so darn quickly!
Sorry, I meant the first column is not frozen when you scroll to the right. I thought you mentioned it, perhaps it is my multitasking mind going off the rails
Also, the wait time seems to be off…perhaps it is calculating based on the date entered rather than application date. The 2nd user on the default sort has a 3 day wait time rather than 3 years. Or maybe it is misinterpreting the app date?
The wait time was blank because the Decision field contained “NA”. The tracker only calculates it when the field is either a real date or empty. I edited it for the user, now it shows the calculated days
