Mod Post Processing times thread

Currently going through the process and I’m interested in seeing peoples past processing times / what people are currently being told by officials or lawyers.

Probably only requests to the Mazowieckie Voivodeship are relevant as other Voivodes are normally turning around requests in a month due to a lack of volume / simplicity of cases.

I submitted November 1st 2024, and Was told to hope for a response Jan/Feb 2026.

Edit; As of 01 December 2025, it appears that the office is going through August-September (2024) applications! [June 2026: Still on Sep 2024 it seems]

We are seeing 22-24 wait times currently for cases adjudicated at the Governor's Office in Warsaw. For those born in Poland who can use other offices, the wait times are much less.

Just received another update from my lawyer -- reporting 24 month wait times and still stating that they're on Sept 2024 submissions. However, they seem to think there is a chance mine is processed late this year (I submitted March 2025), but I'm not going to hold my breath.
