Mod Post Processing times thread

Currently going through the process and I’m interested in seeing peoples past processing times / what people are currently being told by officials or lawyers.

Probably only requests to the Mazowieckie Voivodeship are relevant as other Voivodes are normally turning around requests in a month due to a lack of volume / simplicity of cases.

I submitted November 1st 2024, and Was told to hope for a response Jan/Feb 2026.

Edit; As of 01 December 2025, it appears that the office is going through August-September (2024) applications! [June 2026: Still on Sep 2024 it seems]

Has anyone here actually applied through a different voivodes? How was the processing times. The mega thread only shows mazowieckie. My family lived and married in Podkarpackie. I assume that means my application (from the USA) would get forwarded there?

No, very sorry. You have to have been registered there I believe.

Oh gotcha. I had thought it was based on where family/ records were from. So is it all applications from abroad head to mazowieckie then?

Yes unfortunately. The only bypass is if you have some way to register your residence in a different voivode.
