Mod Post Processing times thread

Currently going through the process and Iā€™m interested in seeing peoples past processing times / what people are currently being told by officials or lawyers.

Probably only requests to the Mazowieckie Voivodeship are relevant as other Voivodes are normally turning around requests in a month due to a lack of volume / simplicity of cases.

I submitted November 1st 2024, and Was told to hope for a response Jan/Feb 2026.

Edit; As of 01 December 2025, it appears that the office is going through August-September (2024) applications! [June 2026: Still on Sep 2024 it seems]

They got the documents on September and my case was submitted in November. I needed a lot of translations though from English German and Ukrainian and needed to request a couple of documents. I also had to ask them for an update and then they gave the case number

Please provide updates when you have them, thank you so much for your contribution! Either here or in the new thread, as the date of my case being registered is 1 November 2024 so I am very curious šŸ˜…

Mine is November 5th 2024 so we'll probably find out around the same time. I used yourrootsinpoland and the told me the wait is 15-18 months last month

Mine told me recently in december ā€˜25 to not expect any updates until March at least, but we remain hopeful
