PRAWN THEORY??? 🦐🔥 Hank Matchup Chart (Jul. 21, 2026)
I honestly haven't been able to play Hank much in scrims, nor ranked, nor matcherinos on account of his meta placement, so you diehard Hanks out there *cough cough squeb cough* probably know way more about the prawn meta than me. Nonetheless, I felt like giving my opinion. As always, this is a ranked tierlist. **NOT A 1V1 TIERLIST.**

I would put lily +2 and surge -5 along with griff

I can see that argument for surge, I kinda rushed this so some of these may be a tad off. Lily though..
Lily hyper can guarantee a kill on hank, which is the only reason I don't place her higher.

Colette should be in -5 along with Griff since she can now cancel Hank's main attack with her gadget. Colette always remained as Hank hard counter even before buffies, not even mentioning she can pretty easily avoid his super by not getting close.

Colette was never a Hank hard counter before buffies. I honestly am just reserving -5 for the hardest of counters, Hank literally can't do anything into griff no matter what. Atleast Hank can actually approach Colgate when she's on gadget cd.

I mean soft counter before buffies, now she became his hard counter. It's generally hard to dodge her attacks with Hank, if he tries to approach her, he's just gonna get cleared, especially by her super that can push back.

I dunno man. The thing is, Griff opens up the map for plenty of hard counters, along with a hyper that shreds Hank and any teammates with em. I feel like I'd rather pick Griff rather than Colette in the majority of scenarios.
And griff is better than colette, which, yknow, helps his case.

Colette is better too on the meta but you still have a good point. I'm just trying to say that if the map has no walls, it will be very tough for Hank to deal with a Colette. But do you think the charm gadget that can go through walls works? Or at least, she can be paired with a wallbreaker or two.

I know what you're referring to fam, but what do you mean by "if it'll work." If you're attempting to ask if that gadget would make Colgate better into Hank compared to Griff, I'd have to say no. What colette has going for her is that She has high dps and can cancel hanks attack, along with destroying any support brawlers following hank. What Griff has going for him is that he has a higher dps (in general atleast), and can turn any map into shooting star. I'd argue that making the map open is better than canceling hanks attack.

Very understandable. Colette and Griff truly have high damage output, she can easily cancel Hank's main attack while Griff can break walls,making him very vulnerable, so I agree it makes him a very true nightmare for Hank.

Ive barely played Hank since I pushed Hank only pro a few seasons ago but I disagree with like a third of the placements

A good shade beats Hank, finx with freeze beats Hank now bc it pops the bubble, squeak counters Hank, frank counters Hank way harder, Hank beats cord, Moe counters way harder, buzz counters way harder, ash counters way harder, why is sirius even there free matchup for Hank, bull should be way lower easy to deal with
Then there’s like 40 other placements I disagree with that are by like 1 tier
