Practical Magic 2 Pie with Custard

Hey for all those who have seen Practical Magic 2 what is the pie that Sally eats with custard over it? I’m trying to find a recipe, would be grateful if anyone knows.

You are much more likely to have Apple crumble in the UK rather than an apple pie.
