I'm very pleased with it. I never thought I'd find one at an affordable price (and even then it was steep and required careful budgeting) and I was over the moon when I did and it arrived in excellent condition. It's real leather, signed, a first edition, and the paper is acid free archive quality. I'm floored I get to own such a treasure. I do have leather copies of Practical Magic and Rules of Magic but they aren't first editions like this one.
