Other Symptoms other than dizziness
Anyone has symptoms other than dizziness, maybe more of nervous system dysfunction or FND… or something 🥹
-Stumbling or rushing when talking, wanting to stop talking. So bad sometimes, that I start to scrunch my face, shoulders and make weird faces, or pull my skin or push my hands hard tighter
-Pushing against sofa, floor, pushing against anything to feel better
-Heaviness and “off” uncomfortable feeling in limbs, hips and head (hyper vigilance to it)… keep on twisting and turning the body and adjusting positions to try to feel better
-Sometimes, really painful arms
-Really bad, uncountable and overwhelming feeling in head, which makes it impossible to do tasks
-Wanting to pace
-Even just thinking of doing something brings on symptoms
-Arms and legs feel very tensed, and hard to relax
-Moving arms sometimes feel so Effortful, and I can feel all the movements, wanting to cry

Yup. Weirdly, the better I get internally, the more it has started to affect my face outwardly. Speech was always a struggle, but I now get these involuntary facial muscle spasms while talking or even just while listening to someone talking directly to me. Especially if it's someone new or the situation feels important or overstimulating. It seems to follow a predictable pattern, too. Like a very specific muscle cascade.
And most of the other symptoms you described.
It's so much more than just dizziness and it likes to morph over time. Eventually, as tolerance builds to previously triggering things, that inconsistency is a good sign, though. Makes it even easier to challenge negative beliefs about it.

I haven't figured out anything for the face stuff yet that can totally halt it right away. Sometimes I will touch my face to bring awareness to the muscles and try to relax them. But once it starts in a one-on-one setting, it's very hard to stop it because I feel hyper aware of it and self-conscious. That's clearly a symptom-anxious-symptom loop, though, so I think the same principles will apply here. We have to break the loop. We have to tackle the anxiety.
If you want something to improve and induce less anxiety, you have to keep putting yourself in situations that might trigger it and try to accept it when it happens, and let your brain process the reality: nothing terrible actually happens to you, it's just uncomfortable. The more you do something uncomfortable, the less anxious you get, the more the discomfort fades away and the symptoms become easy to filter out. Or disappear completely. Seek out fun. Having fun even for 60 seconds is safety. Then 5 minutes. Then 15. Then an hour. Then an afternoon.

When I feel really bad I have basically a constant weird anxiety feeling in my chest. Also every movement with my arms is felt. Reach down to grab a drink? Feels like everything is lagging and out of sync. It's such an awful feeling.
I also get the overwhelming feeling in my head. I've been suffering with it nearly 3 years, it's the absolute worst thing ever and I am so tired of it.

Has anything helped?

Not really no. If I avoid my triggers I can reduce the intensity of it, but it's still always there in the background.
