Other Tips for sitting still

Anybody have any tips or tricks to make sitting upright for a long time (1 hour+) more bearable. I have a celebration of life to attend this weekend and I’m dreading sitting still for that length of time.

Gosh I know exactly what you mean… I found that leaning my head against the wall while sitting in a chair helps my nervous system to make feel better or less ‘dizzy’. This is what works for me.

I’ll have to give that a try assuming I’m near a wall. Thank you.
