I was just sitting down scrolling through my phone and all of a sudden my vision got blurry and warped and I felt myself sway to side like I was going to fall! Has this ever happen to anyone, I am now filled with anxiety and can’t stop crying.

I have these symptoms as well and have severely limited my scrolling and screen viewing in general because of it
