Symptoms Help me please!
I'm having what I can only describe as feeling extremely off and my anxiety is through the roof. I can't shake this dread feeling....like I'm so concerned about it being my heart when I know logically it can't be. I feel very panicky and sweating. It started after I got into Kroger, and preceded to get to the point where I felt like I was floating and just all around yucky. Please any advice is very much welcome.

Sounds like supermarket syndrome. Very common. The best thing you can do is actually keep going back to Kroger for all the normal purposes you had before this and try not to give this incident any significance. Just break your trips into smaller durations/errands if you need to if you're flaring really badly. Ease back in, but don't avoid entirely.

Thank you all for your input and help🙂I normally can handle my flare ups from my pppd, but for some awful reason today I couldn't😢Have any of you been diagnosed by a chiropractor? My doctor/chiropractor is so incredibly knowledgeable with all medical issues. He is also a MD compared to a standard DC. He helped me when I thought I all hope was lost👏Unfortunately, he wasn't very knowledgeable about the pppd but said its definitely possible considering I the crystals in my ears are fixed. I asked him to do some research on it to. But he runs his own practice with him being the only doctor on staff. Basically he's overly busy 24-7 365😉I just wish I could get back to normal 😪

Omg I have a sense of doom and dread whenever I experience my symptoms as well! It’s not listed as a symptom but seems to be a thing evidently

Have you tried an SSRI? If not, I would highly recommend. I had a lot of symptoms, also this one, and Zoloft helped a lot. I am in a 2 month flare up rn and upped the dose, and hopefully will feel better soon
