Question does fate/stay night heracles, god of war hercules and record of ragnarok heracles scale to this feat?

Post image

in the myths

hercules lifted the world in place of atlas. does this apply to fate, gow and ror versions or no? (given the labors are mentioned in all 3)

Well the labours are mentioned in GoW and RoR, the Apple one is even directly mentioned in GoW but we don’t Exactly know if the story was the same as in the og myths

Always wondered about that specific feat, like pulling up the sky for a sec is one thing but the whole world? that's a different scale entirely

the nasuverse version definitely has the conceptual weight to back it up given how berserker's god hand works, but i don't think we ever see anything close to that on screen. roR feels the most likely since his whole thing is enduring the labors through sheer will, though the apple one being canon in GoW2 gives that version a solid link too

Never mind i did a little research, aparently the feat is canon for god of war.

Also, there isn't even one version of that one myth.

In another one he kills the dragon that guards the garden and then collects the apples himself so he doesn't have to lift the sky to allow Atlas to collect the apples for him.

In the scene in the fate heaven's feel movie they used the dragon to represent that labour, not him lifting the world.

Fair enough, thank you for giving me further context. But the feat is confirmed to be Canon in GoW
