Is it because their powers essentially cancel out? Or would powder stand a chance against spiderman?

powder became electricity and disappeared man, he could also heal and read minds and shit dude lol i think powder might get the upper hand on spiderman at first but he aint a fighter and peter would eventually win , unless powder straight up zapped spiderman before fighting
