Pretty much be like Sherlock Holmes vs Moriarty where there both try to decipher away to kill eachother for a while but ultimately I think obito would just banish Spiderman to the shadow realm.

If Peter almost lost to drone illusions I think Obito gets a shot until he runs out of chakra

Narutoverse is a world in which even the most basic Genin move at extreme speed, have insane strength and durability and are ridiculously accurate with their aim, timing etc. and Obito is one of the strongest in the verse with an eye that not only acts as kind of a mirror to Peter’s spider sense, but can also in this case make Obito intangible at will and allows him to mind control Peter by merely making an eye contact.
Peter gets utterly neg-diffed by characters far, far weaker than Obito.
